This move, we call it the "Pretzel" It is based on the Cuban steps of Back-step, pivot, back-step, pivot. The big challenge is what to do with the hands and how to have a proper connection. We wish you hours of fun making this work. It took me a few months to feel comfortable doing this move, but each time that I do it with an unsuspecting follower, I feel like a hero.
